1. Bespoke Services
Nokon Bespoke specializes in fully custom-made clothing, crafted individually to your specifications, measurements, and preferences. Each garment is unique, handcrafted from selected fabrics, and involves multiple stages including consultation, measurement, pattern drafting, fittings, and final production.
The process typically takes 2 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity, fabric availability, and fitting requirements. We will provide an estimated timeline during consultation.
2. Ordering Process
Consultation and Measurements: An initial consultation (in-person or virtual) is required to discuss design, fabric selection, styling, and measurements. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements if taken remotely or self-submitted.
Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required to commence work. We accept cash transfers, direct bank deposits, or cash payments in person. All payments are made in Nigerian Naira.
Approval: You will approve designs, fabrics, and details before production begins. Changes after approval may incur additional costs.
Fittings: Multiple fittings (usually 2-3) are included. Additional fittings may incur extra charges.
Communication: We will keep you informed of progress. Please respond promptly to messages to avoid delays.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted individually based on design complexity, fabric choice, and customization.
Full payment (we only accept cash transfer or cash deposit or one-on-one) is required before final delivery, or as agreed in stages.
Prices include VAT where applicable and are subject to change for fabric costs or specifications.
Payments are non-refundable except as specified in these Terms.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Garments are custom-made to your exact specifications and are exempt from standard distance selling cancellation rights.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled after the deposit is paid and work has commenced, as fabrics are cut and labor invested specifically for you.
Refunds: Deposits and payments are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., our inability to complete the garment), we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
5. Fit and Alterations
We guarantee a professional fit based on accurate measurements and fittings attended.
Minor alterations post-delivery are included for a limited period (3 months). Major changes due to client body changes or preference shifts are chargeable.
If measurements are client-provided (remote orders), we offer a remake policy for manufacturing errors only, subject to return of the original garment.
6. Delivery and Collection
Garments are delivered or available for collection once final payment is received. Delivery costs and risks are borne by you unless agreed otherwise.
Delays due to fabric supply, fittings, or unforeseen issues are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
7. Care and Liability
Garments require professional dry cleaning or care as advised.
We are not liable for damage from improper care, wear and tear, or client alterations.
Our liability is limited to the value of the garment. We exclude liability for consequential losses.
8. Intellectual Property
Patterns created for you remain our property but are stored for future orders. Designs are for personal use; commercial reproduction is prohibited.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control like supply chain issues, or natural disasters.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Federal High Court, the Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
